raygear® X-Shields are multi-purpose hybrid face shields / sun and safety glasses used for outdoor recreational and safety activities providing eye and face protection from the elements and other hazards.

The X-Shields provide up to 100% UVA, UVB and UVC sun protection which can help prevent sunburn and skin cancer when your face is exposed to damaging intense UV rays. They will also protect your face from painful stinging rain, sand, bugs, debris and frigid wind at 40mph+.

Since the X-Shield™ is worn just like glasses and has a superior optical quality polycarbonate anti-fog and anti-scratch lens, there is no restriction in your viewing or feeling of confinement that you have with other face shields and face masks.

One size fits all so they can be worn without adjustments. X-Shields are lightweight and compact, making them extremely comfortable and easy to stow. We have several models to choose from and two colors; clear and smoke. You can also choose between vented, for better voice travel and air flow, and non-vented, for enhanced liquid splash and wind protection.

Because they exceed ANSI Z87+ and CSA Z94.3 safety compliance, X-Shields also work great for lawn care, wood working, cutting, grinding and any task where you need to protect your eyes and face from flying debris, liquid chemical or splash. The applications are endless!
