- Currently all shipping is done using UPS. (Current available methods can be seen during the checkout process. If special shipping arrangements need to be made, please add a note to the order or contact customer service.
Returns & Replacements:
- For returns, replacements or warranty claims send email to: email@example.com. Please include order/invoice number, name, phone number in which you can be reached, email address and issue with product. Our customer service department will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions and an RA number. Please do not return items without an RA number!
- Please send all warranty items using a traceable shipping method as raygear Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
