Limited Warranty

Any implied warranty applicable to this product, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringment of third party rights, is limited to the 90 days of this limited warranty.
raygear hereby disclaims all express warranties except as hereafter provided. raygear warrants that for 90 days from the date of purchase the product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, if properly used and cared for or cleaned under normal conditions in accordance with raygear's use and care instructions. With respect to the product, raygear's only obligation and purchaser's exclusive remedy under this warranty is to repair or replace such product. raygear requires proof of original ownership as proof of warranty coverage, and raygear must receive any claim under this Limited Warranty within 90 day of purchase. raygear does not warranty against scratches. Scratches will void warranty.
NOT WITH STANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, raygear Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. raygear Inc's. SOLE OBLIGATIONS IS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS STATEMENT.
 

For All Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Do not send merchandise back to raygear corporate address.
  2. Please contact customer service at 561-305-5536  or email info@raygear.com to recieve an RA#.
    Must have a copy of sales receipt, sales order number and/or purchase order number of merchandise.
  3. All merchandise will be inspected for damage before a credit or refund is applied.
  4. There may be a 15% restocking charge of merchandise depending on the situation.
